James “Chip” Cottrell
James H. Cottrell, Jr. (Chip), is the Director of Ancillary Services at Holland & Knight LLP. Mr. Cottrell previously served as Deloitte’s Global Chief Ethics Officer and has extensive international experience in a broad array of leadership, business operations, consulting and accounting areas, including risk, regulatory, compliance and governance matters. A recognized and published leader in oversight, risk management, corporate governance, ethics and compliance issues, Cottrell is a frequent lecturer in academia and board rooms around the world.
